RETURN POLICY
Terms & Conditions- Return / exchange item(s) have to be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and unaltered) and in original packaging attached with price tags and labels.
- Should the returned item(s) be deemed not in its original condition, SB Boutique Sdn. Bhd. reserves all rights to return the item(s) at the sender's cost.
- Discounted/promotional items will not be accepted for return/exchange unless confirmed to be a manufacturing defect
- Returns for items due to a change of size will be refunded in the form of e-voucher redeemable athttps://www.sembonia.com/
- In the rare event that your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect within 3 months from order date, we will issue a refund in the form of an e-voucher, redeemable ahttps://www.sembonia.comor reimburse you in the form of cash.
- No Refunds will be provided for any shipping & handling charges paid for exchange items (s), unless in the rare event that your item is faulty due to manufacturing defect.
- Any returned item that is not accompanied by a Return Authorisation Reference Number or warranty card (for purchases made at SEMBONIA boutiques) will not be accepted.
- SEMBONIA reserves the right to reject any returns if the item(s) does not meet the stated requirements or at our discretion.
- Please DO NOT return any item(s) before receiving a Return Confirmation e-mail from us.
- Refund will take up to 20 working days (subject to case basis) once we have verified your return.
- For returns regarding purchases from SEMBONIA Boutique :
- If the value of the exchange item(s) exceeds the value of the return item(s), the customer shall pay the excess value.
- If the value of the exchange item(s) is lesser than the value of the return item(s), no cash refund shall be applied.
- Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer when returning any item(s). All item(s) entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of the duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws which SB Boutique Sdn. Bhd. is unable to determine
- Notify us by filling the return form within 7 days upon receipt for both online & boutique purchases). If your request complies with our return policy, an email confirmation with the return authorization reference number will be provided.
- For purchases made at SEMBONIA Online platforms - Return the item(s) to the address below, ensuring that the following are included in the return parcel (please email us your tracking number so that we are notified once your item has arrived):
- A printed copy of the email with Return Authorization Reference Number
- Original Receipt / Order ID Details
- Return item(s)

- For purchases made at SEMBONIA Boutiques - Kindly return your item(s) to any SEMBONIA Boutique near to you ensuring that the following are included :
- Warranty card
- Purchase receipt
- Return item(s)
- Service memo (our sales assistant will guide you through this process)
