SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery charges are calculated according to the size, weight and destination of your order. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our sites are estimates.
All orders placed and confirmed by 0800 (GMT+8) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed and confirmed after 1200 (GMT+8) on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Malaysia Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Deliveries are made from Monday through Friday, except for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Business days refer to Mondays to Fridays. It does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, your order should reach you approximately 7 business days after payment is approved. The arrival date is an estimation and is subject to online security checks, payment authorization and stock availability. We are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, expenses arising out of the late delivery.
Your order may arrive in multiple parcels and at different times. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.
Delivery to an incorrect or non-existent delivery address is at the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery costs to have the order delivered to a different address will be borne by the purchaser.
Orders will only be delivered to street addresses in Malaysia. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted. Unclaimed or undeliverable packages that are mailed back to us are subject to re-shipping costs borne by the customer.
If you find that items are damaged upon delivery, please report to Customer Service on the same day with supporting evidence and your Invoice number. Reimbursement is subject to the courier company's discretion.

STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES
- A shipping charge of RM10 per order will be applied to West Malaysia.
- A shipping charge of RM30 per order will be applied to East Malaysia.
